Governing the partnership between Auto4Kit and our global distribution network. By accessing our services, you agree to these protocols.
01. General Usage & Access
Auto4Kit provides this platform exclusively for B2B wholesalers, distributors, and authorized dealers in the off-road automotive sector. Access to specific pricing, technical schematics, and inventory data is restricted to verified partners.
- / Prohibited Actions: Unauthorized scraping of product data, reverse engineering of digital assets, or sharing of wholesale pricing with unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of contract.
- / Account Security: Partners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your liability.
02. Intellectual Property
All content on this site--including but not limited to 3D vehicle scan data, product designs, CAD drawings, logos, and technical documentation--is the exclusive property of Auto4Kit or its licensors.
OEM/ODM Ownership
For Private Label (ODM) projects, intellectual property rights for specific molds and designs are determined by the specific development agreement. Unless explicitly transferred in writing, core engineering data and tooling methodologies remain the property of Auto4Kit.
03. Order & Customization Protocol
B2B WorkflowOur manufacturing process is designed for scalability and precision. Custom orders follow this strict protocol to ensure quality compliance across global markets.
Inquiry & Feasibility
Client submits requirements or vehicle data. Auto4Kit evaluates production feasibility, MOQ, and estimated lead times based on current supply chain capacity.
Engineering & Quote
We provide a formal quotation and preliminary 3D concepts. Independent vehicle scanning may be required for new model fitment verification.
Mold & Sample
Upon deposit, private molds are cut. Pre-production samples are shipped for fitment testing in your local market (EU/US/SEA).
Production & Logistics
Mass production begins after sample sign-off. We handle export documentation and coordinate shipping (FOB/CIF) from Guangzhou.
04. Liability & Limitations
Off-Road Use Disclaimer
Auto4Kit products are engineered for extreme durability. However, off-road driving involves inherent risks. We are not liable for vehicle damage, personal injury, or voided vehicle manufacturer warranties resulting from the installation or use of our parts in extreme conditions.
Installation Responsibility
We recommend professional installation for all hardware and armor. Damages caused by improper installation, modification of the product, or neglect are not covered under our wholesale warranty.
Shipping & Transit
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB origin), unless otherwise specified in the purchase agreement. We assist with claims but are not liable for carrier delays.
05. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
